Apple has released the iPhone Dev Center today with a section that helps developers create web software applications for the iPhone. This is not the same as the iPhone SDK that Apple will be introducing sometime in February.
The front page has web development guidelines, iPhone Tech Videos, sample code and an iPhone reference library. If you are an ADC Member, there is a sign up link for a free online membership to the iPhone developer center.
There are quite a few links for developers that are just starting out and who knows, the killer app for the iPhone could still just be an idea. Via Tuaw.
