During the recent Apple summer Mac product press conference, a new feature appeared on Apple iPhone’s everywhere. The new feature seems like it was a scheduled part of the iPhone 1.0.1 upgrade. There are some reports that the new function could also have been an over-the-air release.
As seen above, another button has been added to the photo gallery. This “Send To Web Gallery” links it to new functions of the .Mac service. The now “fully integrated” web gallery upload option synchronizes with the new upload functionality of iPhoto ’08.
Other cell phones have been able to upload to online services for several years now. At least the iPhone has a simplified way to do this, which is exactly what Apple does best. Via Engadget.
