Apple introduced a new addition to their online store. The iPhone cell phone has been added to other Apple products being sold under the refurbished title. As predicted back on July 2nd of 2007, the iPhone was going to be available in the refurbished area of the store within six months time.
The Apple iPhone is now available for a $100 discount. Both the 4GB and 8GB models are available as of this posting but may be removed when stock runs out. There are no guarantees that refurbished stock will be replenished, so this may just be a limited time deal from Apple.
The 4GB iPhone is listed for $399 and the 8GB iPhone for $499. This makes the 4GB model a full 20 percent off suggested retail, a modestly better value than the 8GB cell phone. Via Engadget.
