iPhone and iPod Touch users of the groupware, Creative Manager Pro, can now can control their businesses easier. The project management software has been update to version 8.4.4. The latest update has been optimized for the Safari web browser on the iPhone and iPod touch. The software is also ready for Mac OS X 10.5, the next in Apple’s operating systems.
Creative Manager Pro has been upgraded to be compatible with the mobile Safari version as it is a web-based software solution. The company has said that the upgrade for use on the iPhone and iPod Touch is a natural progression for its feature-set.
Users of the upgraded ad agency groupware can review the status of projects with the added ability to look up the client database. Graphic designers and other staff can enter timesheets as well.
Ron Ause, the marketing director for the Creative Manager Pro software says, “Understanding and living life in a creative business is not as simple as it seems. yet most programmers think that they can simply do some research and offer an application for sale. Features of the Creative Manager Pro are project management, customer relationship management, digital asset management and accounting, extranet capabilities and billing. It also offers the ability to create project schedules, create calendars and approve time, purchase and budget proposals and assign tasks. Finally, the program also lets users approve artwork using the groupware software.
The software is priced for use on any Internet connected computer, iPhone or iPod Touch for, “as little as $380 per month for ten users.”
