A new iPhone firmware 1.1.2 Jailbreak process has been released. What’s interesting with this new method is that it includes activation. Activating an iPhone is necessary to use the cell phone part of the iPhone without the iTunes AT&T account activation.
More interesting parts to this new method is that it includes YouTube support and PowerPC Mac support. The best part of this new method, according to the jailbreak team, is that it also has a statically compiled readline. This helps as it no longer needs a libreadline library installed as additional software. The Jailbreak is available from Conceited Software. Via Tuaw.
