Apple has released yet another firmware upgrade for its iPod Touch hand held Wi-Fi enabled, music mp3 player. The firmware version is now at 1.1.1. This update only includes”bug fixes” and not much else.
Users are reporting a more responsive user interface, especially when using the rotation feature between portrait and landscape modes. The update does not include any additional software programs.
iPod Touch owners were hoping for calendar events that could be edited directly from the iPod. Unfortunately, the iPod still can’t add events. It has been reported around the Internet that users with a negative looking screen while watching movies, could have been fixed with this update. Via Gizmodo.
